How do I find a rental accommodation?
1. On our home page, choose first between apartment or villa.
2. Choose the number of persons and children.
3. Choose the date of arrival. For apartments and some villas, any day of the week is possible. For other villas the arrival day is Saturday.
4. Choose a departure date. For most apartments there is a minimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 3 months. For villas, the minimum varies between 1 and 2 weeks.
5. Then click “Search”.
6. A list of available properties for the chosen period will appear.
7. If an apartment or villa interests you, you can add it to your selection to make a preliminary choice.
8. You can check your selection by clicking on the button « see my selection » at the top of the page to the right.
9. To book your preferred property, click on “Book”. The price and all other details appear.
10. Click once more on “Book”. Fill in the form (number of persons, including children, additional services, name and address) and click “Confirm”.
11. You have just made your booking. With the booking number you can follow your booking and print it. We confirm your booking within 24 hours by e-mail with payment instructions. A first down payment of 25% will be asked for to confirm your booking.
12. You can also make a rental request by e-mail or telephone. We will send you offers of available properties in return (by fax, mail or e-mail).

Yes, for every apartment and villa, we will ask for a damage deposit. The amount varies according to each property. We accept cheques in Euro or a credit card print. If you choose the online payment on our web site, you can also choose to authorize the damage deposit on your credit card.
The amount will be blocked for 48 hours after your departure; if there is no damage in the apartment or villa, the amount will be unblocked (also see general conditions).

On your date of arrival, we will welcome you in our office at 23, avenue Jean Médecin in Nice if your rental is in Nice. We will give you the keys as soon as we have received the damage deposit. If you have rented a villa, we will organize an appointment directly at the villa.
If your rental is in Villefranche sur Mer, we will welcome you at our meeting point in Villefranche sur Mer.

During the low and middle season, we will usually be able to organise a pick-up at your convenience. If your rental is available in the morning, you can get the keys in the morning. During the high season, the arrivals are on Saturdays in general and we will welcome you between 4 and 6 p.m.

In case of delays or late flight arrivals (after office opening hours), how do I get the keys?
If you are delayed on the day of your arrival, an envelope with detailed information and the keys will be put in the Airport Service Centre in Terminal 1, ground level. This service costs 15€. The Service Centre is open every day between 6 a.m. and 11p.m. If your flight arrives after 11 p.m., the envelope is transferred to the Information Desk in the arrival hall in Terminal 1until the last flight has arrived (only if the flight number is written on the envelope).

On request and for a fee, we provide bed linen and towels. They will be delivered to the apartment or villa in time for your arrival. (See our services).

Departure day – is final cleaning included?
The final cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask you to : empty the refrigerator, empty the trash bin, close windows and blinds/shutters, put moved furniture back to its original place and turn off the lights when you leave the apartment or villa. If you have rented bed linen and towels, please leave them in a pile in the hallway or in a bed room.

What do I do in case of emergency outside the office opening hours?
When you have made a booking, we give you an emergency telephone number along with the arrival information. However, if it is a matter of health, please call the national emergency number 15 (see « Useful telephone numbers).
